Each user may open only one account. If the same person, device, IP address, or payment method is used to attempt to open multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed and accumulated balances may be forfeited.

All information provided at registration must be complete, truthful, and accurate. 39ko reserves the right to close an account immediately if false information is provided. Withdrawals may be put on hold if the user does not cooperate with the identity verification (KYC) process.

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. If unauthorized access to your account occurs, notify our support team immediately. 39ko is not responsible for activities carried out by third parties.

Once a deposit or betting transaction is completed, it cannot be cancelled. If an incorrect transaction occurs due to a technical error, notify our support team immediately. If a fraud claim is proven, the related transaction will be suspended or cancelled.

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The user is solely responsible for paying any applicable taxes or duties on winnings. 39ko does not provide tax advice.

New members are eligible to receive up to a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to receive this bonus. A 20x wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing the bonus.

For example: a 200% bonus on a ৳1,000 deposit means a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. A total of ৳40,000 (৳2,000 × 20) in wagers must be placed to become eligible for withdrawal.

• Each bonus offer must be used within a specific validity period.
• A bonus applies to only one account per user.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only after the wagering requirement has been met.
• If a bonus is used for fraudulent purposes, the account will be closed.
• 39ko reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

39ko uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology in all games, keeping every outcome completely unbiased and unpredictable. Our games are regularly audited by third parties to ensure fair play.

• Playing games using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence.
• Collusion or unlawful cooperation with other players.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Collecting bonuses through fraudulent methods.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.

If a dispute arises over a betting outcome, the user must submit a complaint within 72 hours of the incident via live chat or email. 39ko's decision will be considered final and binding.

For games interrupted due to server outages, network problems, or other technical errors, 39ko will provide a resolution based on its best judgment. In such situations, the actual system log will be considered the final evidence.

39ko may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing a false identity or information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Suspicion of money laundering or fraud.
• Opening an account while under 21 years of age.

You may request to close your account at any time via live chat or email. Any applicable wagering requirements must be met before the account is closed. Available balances may be withdrawn before closure.
